Some picnics will last the full 4 hour duration, others may not; we keep in contact throughout the picnic with the organiser, to guage the vibe of your guests.

All of our pricing is inclusive of delivery, set-up & pack-down fees for locations within 15km radius of Sandringham, Vic.
Locations outside of this radius will incur a one off delivery fee of;
Our preferred Grazing Platter & alcohol pairing Godess is the amazing Chatterbox Collective.
Chatterbox has aided Day For It in an array of catering & alcohol arrangements since our conception, and the level of quality and knowledge she brings to our tables is nothing short of incredible.
We accept dietary requirements for a small additional fee ($5pp), and can provide individual boxes for the hygine conscious folk (POA).
Our Grazing Boxes are chocked full of seasonal goods including; handmade dips, biscuits, charchuterie, fruit, deli items & sweet nibbles (check out Chatterbox Collective's website for further information, linked above).
Upon selection of our Boozy and CHeeky Sips options we will ask you to collect your guests preferences of drinks for the occasion.
Chatterbox will provide us with a listing of seasonal options which fall within the following;
Cancellation of any event where catering has been confirmed must be received 5 days prior to the date of event to ensure a full refund. If the event is cancelled within 5 days of the event, you will need to speak with our team to discuss your options.

We totally understand Melbourne can be temperamental weather wise, and as such we try to be as flexible as we can.
We ask our guests to keep an eye on the weather, and make a call 5-days out from your event (if you have food ordered through us), and 3-days out from the event (if no food is to be provided through us).
We have the ability to move your picnic inside to a lounge/dining/undercover area should the skys threaten rain. We ask our guests to pre-arrange this option. If an indoor option is unavailable, you have the option of moving your picnic to an alternate date dependant on availability.
Alternatively, should you need to cancel your booking due to rain a 10% cancellation fee will be applied based on the finalised hired goods amount (minus any food or beverage fee). Our caterer partners hold their own terms and conditions, so please liaise with our team directly should you need to cancel a booking which includes food packages.
The beauty of hosting events in Melbourne Parklands is the abundance of natural shade. We will always try to situate your crew under tree coverage to save them from the rays.
There isnt a great deal we can do in windy weather; although you can guatantee that our rug weights will be in use.
We will also swap out our champagne flutes for sturdier wine glasses or tumblers to minimise glass breakage.

Should a picnic need to be postponed due to a guest deemed a primary close contact, we are happy to work with you to arrange an alternate date.
The Day For It Crew reserve the right to use all marketing materials that bear our tag on socials. We adore seeing photos from our guests, and will share posts and stories only when tagged.
Our crew ensure your private information is never shared with third parties, and we will never misuse information given for means other than Picnic confirmations, review requests and invoicing.
We totally understand that accidents can happen. We ask all guests to be mindful in the following ways;
Should an item be broken or stolen, we will invoice the organiser of the event for reimbursment of item cost price.
Hiring of the items automatically ensures your responsibility for these goods, and the reimbursment for any damage/loss of goods incurred.
For all weekends over public holidays and public holiday weekdays there is a 15% surcharge on the total picnic hire cost.
