All of our picnic packages can be customised to suit your needs and budgets through personalised quotations, and we cater from 7 guests to upwards of 100 guests

We operate largely from the CBD South, through to the Peninsula, and have an excellent knowledge of parks and places for picnics if you are unsure where to the best spots are.

With your event details confirmed, the team will email you your Picnic Package Quote including details on paying your booking fee; A booking fee of 50% of the total price is required to secure your date, with the remainder to be paid 7 days prior to event time.
We will send you an invoice for the balance of payment approximately 2 weeks before the date of your booking.
Prior to your event
Our Team will liaise with you in the leadup to the event to confirm idealistic locations, and will send you their live location upon arrival 30-60mins prior to your picnic start time. This ensures they have scouted the best position available on the day dependant on shade required and nearness of other picnics.
Our team sets it all up for you, so you can simply turn up, pop that Prosecco and enjoy the company of your guests; we will do the rest.
As your event nears its end
Our team will then contact you 30mins from your end time to give you a heads up on our ETA.
Have guests waning before the 4 hour mark? We ask the organiser to message us, and we will return to packdown the hired items as soon as possible.
